Pre-Order Policy

1. What is a Pre-Order?

Pre-orders are advance purchases of products not yet in stock. They guarantee you a unit once we receive stock from our suppliers.

2. Payment

All pre-orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. This payment secures your item but does not guarantee delivery if supplier issues arise.

3. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times are based on supplier information. Delays may occur due to:

  • Manufacturing issues
  • Shipping delays
  • Customs processing
  • Changes on the supplier’s end

We will inform you of any significant updates or changes.

4. Risk of Non-Delivery

In rare cases, suppliers may cancel or delay the product indefinitely. If we cannot fulfill your pre-order, you will receive a full refund minus third-party transaction fees if applicable.

5. Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your pre-order before the item ships. However, a 15% fee will be retained to cover:

  • Payment processing fees
  • Administrative and handling costs

Once the product is in fulfillment or has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

6. Returns & Refunds

Pre-orders are subject to our Refund Policy. However, cancellations initiated by the customer before shipping are subject to the 15% fee as outlined above.

7. Communication

We will update you via email regarding:

  • Estimated shipping
  • Unexpected delays
  • Fulfillment confirmation
