Orders

Who is going to pay for the return?

Returns will not be paid by Lootaku.
Unless, it is confirmed to be an issue with the delivery company, in which case we will evaluate case-by-case together with you!

Is there any discount code?

Yes! If you are a new customer and you are ordering for the first time, then you can use our discount code NEW10 to get 10% off your first order!

Do you have an on-street shop or just online?

At this stage, we only have our online shop, but our future plans do foresee us to have a shop on wheels!

Can I change my or cancel my order?

Yes, please get in touch with us, and we will see what can be done for your order.

Do you have gift cards?

YES! In the search bar simply type in: Gift

What if a product is sold out?

Of course, feel free to send us an email to orders@lootaku.de and we will see what we can do for your and depending on the product.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship do all EU countries. Global shipping will be added at a later stage.

What is your approximate delivery time?

Our delivery normally takes between 1-3 days across all EU countries. For some orders there maybe a delivery time of 3-7 days due to size or complexity.

How much are the shipping cost per order?

From €150 onwards its FREE. Anything below, is going to be calculate depending on what you ordered and where you live, there is no fixed value.

Which shipping company will be used?

We will only use German Post as well as DHL, all GoGreen shipping #SaveThePlanet
